Eligibility
The rate is available to:
- Thai nationals with a valid Thai ID or Thai passport
- Non-Thai legal residents with a valid passport and valid Thai work permit
The eligible guest must be registered and stay in the room. Original documents are checked at check-in.
Security notice: Please do not send copies of IDs, passports, work permits or payment cards through LINE or email.

- If the guest is unable to present the required original eligibility document(s) at check-in, the Thai resident rate will no longer apply and the reservation will be adjusted to the prevailing BAR rate for the stay dates.

SWD credit
- For stays of two consecutive nights or more, guests receive THB 1,000 credit per room, per stay
- The credit can be used for eligible dine-in food and beverages at SWD
- Not applicable to minibar, room service, retail, tips or third-party services
- Unused balance will be forfeited and cannot be exchanged for cash

Who needs to show eligibility documents?
